Bedroom Addition
Okay, so I thought I would share an update on our bedroom & answer a few frequently asked questions as well!!
First let me start with why we decided to move forward with adding a master bedroom… All of our current bedrooms are on the second floor, we will not be young forever, right ?? So, we definitely wanted a master bedroom on the main floor! The addition is 672 square feet total which includes bedroom, bathroom, laundry & closet.. Yep, our laundry will now be moved out of the tiny dark hole ,,FINALLY, lol….. We were definitely inspired by the coastal homes of our fave vacay spot Seaside, Florida…We just love the clean lines, lots of windows, whites & wood vibes. Someday we hope to carry this feel throughout our entire home. Design choices will be neutrals, whites , French oak floors, scalloped tile, coastal lighting … Are hopes are to have it completed by fall, materials have been a little set back like windows that are still several weeks out… We are super to share the progress with you and we appreciate you following along …
