Roasted Carrots

These are Amazing & the best part they are super simple.. Here’s the recipe!!


•What you need •
•7 - 10 small/medium whole carrots
•Sea salt/Pepper
•Olive oil
•Fresh Rosemary

•Preheat oven to 400
•Peel and wash carrots (cut tips off)
•Slice in half or in thirds if you prefer thinner slices
•Place on baking sheet
•Sprinkle olive oil
•Sea salt | pepper | Fresh Rosemary
•Bake for 25 min or u til tender

Tip: After baked, if you like them to brown a little, place on broil for 1 min, no more or they may burn…. This adds a little crisp and browns them!!
